Run Your Own Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of the Run Your Own platform (“Service”) provided by Run Your Own Pty ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy is designed to ensure that our Service is used properly and legally. By accessing and using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy and any applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Note that the list above is by no means exhaustive and the determination of whether an activity is prohibited will be determined as it relates to the Service’s purpose at our sole discretion.
3. Content Standards
Content provided by users should be accurate (where stating facts), genuinely held (where stating opinions), and comply with applicable law in Australia and in any country from which it is posted.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of this policy to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate this policy.
5. Changes to the Policy
We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without notice. By using the Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of this policy.
